Training Times

1st & 2nd Team Monday & Thursday 8.30-10pm

3rd & 4th Team Monday 5.30-7pm

5th & 6th Team Thursday 7-8.30pm

S&C - Monday 10-11am & Friday 10-11am

Where

Training and Home Matches for all teams take place at Beaumont Park

Strength and Conditioning takes place at the QEII
